Welcome! We're thrilled that you'd like to become a Club Marriott member, but first there's just a bit of paperwork we need to get out of the way.
Firstly, in order to be a member of Club Marriott you must :
Be the owner of property at Marriott Waters OR
If renting, have authority from the owner to use the Club facilities on their behalf
Be over 16 years of age (although our younger residents are of course welcome to visit with their families!

Fill in and submit the following details and a staff member of Club Marriott will be in contact with you shortly to organise an induction appointment.

Your swipe card purchase form, completed and signed. Click Access Swipe Order Form - Current to download an access swipe order form.
$33 eftpos payment for each swipe card required
A driver's license, passport, or equivalent photo ID for every member
If you are the property owner, either a rates notice, settlement letter or title to the house for the property address.
If you are an additional member of the household, a document/statement or bill that has your name and the property address listed.
If you are a tenant, a Letter of Authority giving you permission from the property owner to use the Club's facilities instead of them, as well as a current lease agreement. Click here to download the Letter of Authority.
