Become a Club Marriott Member

Welcome! We're thrilled that you'd like to become a Club Marriott member, but first there's just a bit of paperwork we need to get out of the way.

Firstly, in order to be a member of Club Marriott you must :

  • Be the owner of property at Marriott Waters OR
  • If renting, have authority from the owner to use the Club facilities on their behalf
  • Be over 16 years of age (although our younger residents are of course welcome to visit with their families!

Step 2 : The induction appointment

Fill in and submit the following details and a staff member of Club Marriott will be in contact with you shortly to organise an induction appointment.

What to bring to your appointment :

Please bring the following to your induction appointment :

  • Your membership induction form, completed and signed. Click here to download the induction form.
  • Your swipe card purchase form, completed and signed. Click Access Swipe Order Form - Current to download an access swipe order form.
  • $33 eftpos payment for each swipe card required
  • A driver's license, passport, or equivalent photo ID for every member
  • If you are the property owner, either a rates notice, settlement letter or title to the house for the property address.
  • If you are an additional member of the household, a document/statement or bill that has your name and the property address listed.
  • If you are a tenant, a Letter of Authority giving you permission from the property owner to use the Club's facilities instead of them, as well as a current lease agreement. Click here to download the Letter of Authority.
