TERM 3 – GROUP FITNESS ACTIVITIES COMMENCING MONDAY 11TH OF JULY

There is no requirement to pre-register for any Club Marriott group fitness activities - All timetabled group fitness activities are free to attend for all residents.
Updates from Term 2 Group Fitness Timetable
Monday's 6.30pm - HIIT Class – High Intensity Interval Training
This class involves a full body workout with the aim to get your heart pumping.
Saturday's 8.45am - Hour of Power – Wildcard Workout
Each week the class will feature a brand new high intensity workout based on cardio, boxing, weights or a circuit with the aim to get your sweat on.
First Tuesday of every month 12 noon - Adult and Child Friendly Pilates (Pilates classes are still scheduled if they fall in the school holiday period)
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility.
