There is no requirement to pre-register for any Club Marriott group fitness activities - All timetabled group fitness activities are free to attend for all residents.

MONDAY'S
NEW Class - Express Core & Stretch - 6.15am
The class exercises are focused on strengthening the core and improving flexibility through stretching movements.
HIIT Class – High Intensity Interval Training - Now at 6pm
This class involves a full body workout with the aim to get your heart pumping.
Yoga - New Instructor - New to Monday's at 7.15pm
Run by Nadine, this Yoga class aids general well-being and flexibility, as well as enhancing mental awareness. It puts an emphasis on alignment, breathing, and improving coordination and balance. Class for 13 +.
WEDNESDAY'S
Kung Fu Kid's - New Time at 6pm
This class will give your child an opportunity to learn and develop their ‘street smart’ skills and awareness in a nurturing, positive, creative and fun environment.
THURSDAY'S
NEW Class - KELLY Sports - Ages 4 to 6 years - 5pm
This weekly programme gives children sport-specific skills and confidence in a fun and enjoyable environment.
PILATES - New Instructor - New to Thursday's at 7.15pm
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Class for ages 13+
Second Tuesday of every month at 7pm - Hypnotic Meditation (classes are still scheduled if they fall in the school holiday period)
