WATER AEROBICS CLASSES – MONDAY’S AT 10:15AM

Our first class for 2022 is our Water aerobic class on Monday’s at 10.15am.

Water aerobic classes are designed to cater for all fitness levels and ages. It's a great cardiovascular and muscle toning class without the impact on your joints. You will improve your core strength whilst strengthening all major muscle groups.

There is no requirement to register prior to attending any group fitness activities at Club Marriott.
