Club Marriott's facilities include a fully equipped function room, available for hire by residents for family functions, organisations, or group activities. It contains the following equipment :
- 2 x televisions
- Audio system, including microphones and DVD player (AUX & HDMI cables for iPhone, iPad, Laptop etc.)
- 15 trestle tables (1500mm x 750mm)

- 100 chairs (red, white and black)
- Fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, instant boiling water-zip tap, oven, stove and fridge/freezer
- Air-conditioning/Heating

Pricing
Each resident may hire the function room up to twice per year with no hire fee, but please note the cleaning and/or security payments will still be applied where applicable. Pricing information can be found here.
